Gelli Printing with Jamie Malden
Block Printing • Educational, G, 01-Jul-2017
This strange piece of wobbly stuff is proving to be amazingly versatile for those who enjoy textile art and best of all it is reuseable.
Jamie shows you just how easy it is to create a marbled background piece of fabric which can then be overprinted with block printing. You can use up your old sheets, so it’s perfect for those who don’t like to waste anything in the fabric cupboard.
This is just the first part in the two part-series from Jamie. Part 2 with block printing is available by clicking here.
In the meantime if you would like to get your hands on some Gelli plates – they are available from Colouricious, just click here.
