Hedgepigs with Gail Penberthy
Fun Projects for Children • Educational, G, 01-May-2017
Gail talks through her inspiration for these adorable little creatures and shows how to create the spikes from fabric, wool or even recycled shirting and denim jeans.
Created from folded squares, her patterns come complete with all the sizes and templates you will need. Large hedgehog finished 18″x12″ and the small 12″ x 8″.
You can find the Hedgepigs designed by Gail Penberthy in our website.
You can also enjoy making the owls that she mentions, and those familiar with praire points will know just how those are done. Barn owls come in three sizes, they are easy to make and could be used as doorstops and decoration or maybe to hold something, just add a zip into the back.
The stunning elevenses quilt, hanging behind Gail, is now available as a pattern and as a kit, which includes the pattern, in our website.
