Meet Dawn Cameron-Dick
Classes with Dawn Cameron-Dick • Educational, G, 01-Mar-2011
Dawn is a self-taught quilter who has made quilts for over 30 years. She has taught quilting for 26 years, and besides that, she was runner-up for UK Teacher of the Year in 1999.
A very traditional quilter is Invisible Machine Appliqué. Dawn uses modern products to produce her “signature” technique. In this case, even though a machine does it, it has a hand-done appearance.
You can find her workshop on I.M.A. in the techniques section, as her excellent lecture on needles and including threads.
Exciting News:
Dawn’s third book, Pocket Tutor, The essential guide for Patchwork & Quilting, is now available.
Additionally, Pocket Tutor is an indispensable guide for threads, needles, wadding, formulas, and fabric that fits your pocket.
