Description

The Drunkard’s Path is a very traditional block and which you can use to create a variety of patterns from this one unit. But is also particularly good for using up scraps.

The new acrylic ruler is designed to be used safely with the rotary cutter. This enables you to cut several layers of fabric, quickly and accurately. Also from 5″ squares, which is great for use, therefore, with layer cakes and charm packs.

The curved piece is quite easy to sew using just a few pins. Also, Jennie shares a great tailor’s tip on how to mark the centre of the curve.

Do keep watching to see how Jennie creates a turtle (with thanks to Dawn Cameron-Dick).

Valerie used this unit very effectively in the border of her Kitty pattern. Click here for more information on the workshop.
