How to Use the EZ Quilting Simply Crazy Template with Jennie Rayment
Classes with Jennie Rayment • Educational, G, 01-Jun-2016
This crazy template is multi-sized (it gives you 4 options) and it is 5 sided which is quite difficult to cut/design yourselfand like all the EZ Quilting acrylic templates it has been designed to be used safely with the rotary cutter.
Jennie uses the centre shape and then sews strips onto it. She finger presses ready for the next strip – which again she lobs to an approximate length (but longer rather than shorter) and squares up the block at the end.
Think about the colours you use and it would be a great use of scrap strips and even jelly rolls.
Jennie gives a supply of design inspiration.
We have a couple of workshops here on the website for you to enjoy using this template. For example:
Overlocked Crazy log cabin wih Jennie
Crazy Patchwork with Valerie which is a really quick weekend quilt using up fat 1/4’s
