Halloween Ghost T Shirt with Kate Findlay
Classes with Kate Findlay • Educational, G, 15-Oct-2021
Kate guides us through the process of making this simple painted T-shirt which can be done with and/or for the children.
If using white paint on black you may find you need several layers to get a good coverage - so a little bit of patience maybe! You could also ring the changes by adding day-glow paint, or indeed 3D paint - the embellishment options are down to you!
Kate has kindly given us a number of different patterns, including a pumpkin and a bat which are free downloads for paid subscribers and can be found in the workshop notes.
Applique Option
You could of course use these simple templates to create fast, fused applique shapes too.
Ironing Pad
If you like the idea of the ironing pad, you can find pattern for it in our website. With the heat resistant fabric you can pack up your iron safely in it. And we also have a workshop on how to make it: click here.
