Classes with Mandy Shaw • Educational, G, 01-Mar-2010
Jennie and Mandy enjoy the sunshine, chew over old times, and how Mandy has wandered off the straight and narrow. Also, traditional patchwork with accurate seams points to designing and teaching her patterns. You can notice that they often include many buttons and buttonhole stitch, ric-rac, and other nonsense. Moreover, lots of which you can find in her book ‘Quilt Yourself Gorgeous’ and her latest book ‘Stitch with Love.’ It contains over 20 gorgeous projects to sew with simple stitchery.
Mandy has designed a quilt to celebrate Harriet Tubman and her story. ‘The Underground Railroad Sampler Quilt’ is the pattern.
