How to Cast Off with Rosee Woodland

This completes our short series on knitting covering some basic ‘must have’ stitches. Casting off allows you to finish your work so that it won’t unravel and gives a plaited top edge. Rosee has a great tip about tension and also points out that the plait will look different depending whether you cast off on a knit row or a purl row.
