Rescale your favourite block or quilt with Valerie Nesbitt
Classes with Valerie Nesbitt • Educational, G, 07-May-2020
Valerie shows two quilts made with the same pattern – 9 patches and rail. For the original quilt, she used just 2 strips and it ended up as a cot size quilt. The second quilt was constructed from strips 2 ½ wide which is closer to single quilt size. That means you could use your jelly roll!
If you aren’t sure how to upscale a block you would find it helpful to watch Valerie’s Your First Sampler Quilt series. You can watch the intro here.
