Something Blue Quilt with Valerie Nesbitt
Classes with Valerie Nesbitt • Educational, G, 26-Apr-2019
This very simple block design consists of squares and half -square triangles. Using a variety of colours creates interest to the pattern.
Valerie talks you through how to sew the half-square triangles. She also shows you how different the block can look with different colour centres to it. You can also, if you have scraps, sub-divide the middle square to give an even greater scrappy look.
If you would like to know more about creating the half-square triangle units – you can view a workshop by clicking here.
