Description

The butterfly cushions designs are a combination of simple quilting and painting with Marabu paints. In this delightful workshop Vendulka guides us through the stages of making the front design. Vendulka has two designs on offer. The first is a simple one that can be quilted with a straight stitch (walking foot).  Then there is a more complex design for those who enjoy free motion quilting.

Once quilted, which you do working from the back, you are then in a position to get creative with the paints.

In this very comprehensive workshop, Vendulka guides you through the use of these Marabu paints, which come not only in a variety of colours, but also in glitter versions, and are so easy to use she suggests involving your children.

The range of metallic paints can also be blended with the helpful use of a small brush, which means you have an endless choice of colours.

Kits are available in either the gold or turquoise colour.  For more information, click here.
