If EPP (English Paper Piecing) isn’t your thing then Jennie shows you how to create this traditional Grandmother’s Flower Garden patchwork block entirely by machine, it is a bit fiddly but worth the effort.
This comprehensive workshop includes some great tips on how to consider the grain of your fabric hexagons, so that the block will lie flat; how to make sure that you sew just where you need to and end up with a great idea for turning the block edges.
