Care Labels
Quilting Equipment • Educational, G, 17-Feb-2022
When you make things for others, there is often an anxious moment when they go to launder the piece for the first time.
“Can I wash it? Do I need to hand wash? Can I put it in the tumble dryer?”
In this video, Jayne and Valerie talk you through how easy it is to make care labels with the help of a Janome sewing machine. All you need to do is set the automatic stitch, let the machine do the stitching, then cut and sew into place. Don’t forget to stabilise!
After watching this video, you’ll never have another anxious moment over care instructions.
This video is also part of the #IDidntLikeToAsk Video series hosted by Valerie Nesbitt and Jayne Brogan.
