TASTER: Easter Boxes with Gail Penberthy
FREE Tasters (Textile Art) • Educational, G, 08-Apr-2022
Gail has based these lovely little boxes on Japanese folded patchwork. This means you have both sides covered at once. They are perfect for hiding a small gift or indeed an egg in.
In this comprehensive workshop Gail talks you through how to make the cardboard templates and use up scraps of wadding. She cuts out the fabric, including a two fabric version. Also she has a great tip on how to produce a perfect circle of fabric.
The pattern includes full size templates as well as instructions for the diddy little egg holder.
If you like the idea of making some for Christmas, you can find the Advent Calendar pattern on our website.
Gail’s pattern for Easter Boxes is available on our website too.
