TASTER: One Patch Rose Block with Carolyn Forster
FREE Tasters (Quilting) • Educational, G, 28-Jul-2023
Carolyn Forster picks out one of her favourite templates to make this fun block. The simple Kite template from the Sunflower block placed together in a three pieced unit.
She demonstrates how to economically cut out using a strip of fabric with very little waste. Although the template is ideal for fussy cutting if you have a motif.
The template has all the markings needed for setting in the pieces when making the basic triangle piece. Which can subsequently be made into diamonds and triangles to complete the Rose Star One Patch Block.
A perfect block for practicing setting in skills on the machine or for easy hand sewing.
