TASTER: Take 5 with Valerie Nesbitt
FREE Tasters (Quilting) • Educational, G, 26-Nov-2021
In this workshop Valerie reminds you about the difference between Fat 1/4 yards and Fat 1/4 metres. One is bigger than the other!
You have a design option of adding sashing to the block or not. They work well either way. If you are a sewer with less than perfect 1/4″ seam allowance, don’t worry – you can trim these blocks back so that they fit perfectly.
The workshop sample is made up of just 9 blocks, but you could make as many as you like and one of Valerie’s students has made several quilts that are bigger – you can enjoy these in Show & Tell section of the site.
Also, you can enjoy another take 5 workshop using different paterns by clicking here.
