In this interview we get to enjoy a wide range of products and textile items, that Mary has made and teaches. Also we will see two lovely quilts. First quilt used transfer painting. And second was made for the ‘Secret Message’ exhibition at Blechley Park. In this one she uses flexible polyfilla to great effect!
Mary is an experienced teacher of workshops and textile classes. She creates an exciting range of cloaks, waistcoats, jackets, dresses and bags for day and special occasion wear which are sold at craft fairs. Each item is embroidered and appliquéd in silk, velvet and luxury threads to offer beautiful individual designs.
