Knitted Sampler Throw Series with Daphne Morris • Educational, G, 26-Aug-2022
Daphne shares her family Afghan throw pattern in this introduction to the sampler throw series. It can be made in natural or synthetic yarn so is ideal for any household.
She outlines how she uses a knit and purl stitch to create texture in the various patches. Resulting in a variety of patterns that demonstrate cable stitch, moss stitch, basket weave, diamond and twisting stitches.
This 6 part series will cover how to combine the knit and purl stitches to produce the variety of blocks. Together with the finishing techniques that square and join the blocks. Ending with making the beautiful tassels.
