And on the same day we heard from Angela Daymond on how to get the best out of the amazing Ink tense pencils to create beautiful pictures and designs on your fabric, or indeed colour in previously stitched designs like the feather wreath. And then on Friday 22nd September 2017 we returned to the studios of Colouricious. There Jamie Malden gave us a demonstration using Gelli printing with Stencils to create truly unique patterns. And Valerie visited the lovely East Anglian port of Wivenhoe, where she visited the local maritime centre to wander round the ‘Threads’ textile exhibition featuring talented local artists. A week later on Friday 29th September 2017 we again met Angela Madden. She gave us an excellent workshop using her unique Multiplat tool, which allows you to easily create an endless selection of celtic designs. You can find this video by clicking here.
