Embroidery or Quilting – the same technique
A very comprehensive workshop from Jennie. She guides you through the free motion section of quilting. The only assumption made is that you have watched and tried her video on free-motion embroidery, as the free motion part of this workshop builds upon that skill.
This subject has been mentioned in many of Jennie’s books, and there is no doubt that practice makes perfect one’s hopes! Moreover, this is one of those techniques that need a relaxed operator. A glass of wine or two is recommended before commencing.
Practicing free motion quilting is the key to mastering it, but once you figure out how it works, and with this video, you will undoubtedly know that the rest is practice, practice, practice.
Some people like to use grip gloves. For more information from a UK supplier, you can go to the website.
